Evendale to Hamilton

From MP 16.1, where a connector on the west side leads up to the NS Dayton District (former Big Four, later Conrail Cincinnati Line), which then passes beneath, and CP-Mill (MP 16.4), where a connector on the west side (15 mph on the connector), comes from CP 248 on that line, the former PRR Chicago line (now the NS New Castle District) heads north, single track, Automatic Block Signals, Traffic Control, maximum speed 60 mph for intermodal trains and 50 mph for other freight trains, beneath a bridge carrying Glendale-Milford Road overhead, the former Crossley/Avco/Cincinnati Electronics Plant on the east side (once rail-connected), past a bridge over a creek, a 25 mph speed restriction through Sharonville from MP 18.2 to the Kemper Road grade  crossing (MP 19.2), and a spur for Montgomery Ward at MP 18.7.

The line turns northwest, past the 7,979 ft. east side siding at Crescentville (MP 20.4), west-northwest, past a detector at "Port Union" (MP 23.2), north with a 45 mph speed restriction on the curve from MP 24.9 to MP 25.6 and a 55 mph speed restriction on the curve from MP 25.6 to MP 26.0, past Moseler (MP 26.7), west-northwest with a 50 mph speed restriction on the curve from MP 27.9 to MP 28.55, past a 30 mph speed restriction through Hamilton, from MP 29.4 to MP 30 and a spur at Mosler West end (MP 29.6), and north, with a 25 mph speed restriction on the curve from MP 30 to MP 30.8, past the Hamilton side track (MP 30.2), and a grade crossing, to Old River Junction/Butler Street (MP 30.8), where the former PRR, now NS, line from Cincinnati trails in, with former PRR position signals on a post on its side of the junction, on the east side of the former B&O, now CSX, line from Cincinnati.
