Jamaica to Floral Park

From the junction at Jay (MP 9.0), where the car yard tracks, and the lines from Long Island City via Fresh Pond and from Flatbush Avenue, trail in on the south side, and just north of due east, past the major interchange passenger station at Jamaica (MP 9.3), the junction at Hall (MP 9.4), where the line to Locust Manor and Rosedale turns away south, Union Hall Street, and the wye on the south side with the St. Albans line at the LIRR Hillside Shops (MP 11.0), where there is an employee passenger station, the third-rail electrified LIRR Main Line continues just north of due east, past crossovers at Hollis (MP 11.6), Bellaire, the passenger station at Queens Village (MP 13.2), crossovers at Queens (MP 13.3), the wye on the south side with the occasional-use line to Belmont Park racetrack, the passenger station at Bellerose (MP 14.2), and the passenger station at Floral Park (MP 14.9), where an erstwhile line from Great Neck once trailed in from the northwest and the Hempstead Branch turns away southeast, on the south side of the main line continuing just north of due east.
