CP Junction to Willows Tower

From the junction with a TRRA line from the East Wiggins District at CP Connection, trailing in on the west side at CP Junction (MP 1.3), the Illinois Transfer District heads south-southeast, Double Track, Automatic Block Signals, maximum speed 20 mph, past a jog south and then south-southeast again, with the former Venice & Carondelet Belt just off to the west, with both line turning southeast where an erstwhile Illinois Terminal line once trailed in from the north-northwest, to the junctions and flat crossings with the double-track former PRR and single track former B&O at Willows Tower (MP 3.4).
