Brant to IJ (Indianapolis)

From Brant (MP 112.4), where the NYC arrives from the north and the former Peoria & Eastern trails in from the west-northwest, the line turns east-southeast, Yard Limits, maximum speed 79 mph for passenger trains, 70 mph for dedicated Flexi-Van trains, and 50 mph for freight trains, past Moorefield, the junction with the B&O line from Peoria, trailing in on the south side and the flat crossing with southwest quadrant connector with the Indianapolis Union Railway at the (later) CP KD, to  Indianapolis (West Street, MP 109.3), the later CP IJ, where junction is made with the NYC line from St. Louis (coming from the west) and the PRR line, also from St. Louis, coming from the west-southwest, with all continuing due east into Indianapolis.
