Anoka to Anderson

From the junction at Anoka (MP 192.6/177.3), where the Bradford line continues east-southeast and the Cincinnati line turns south-southeast, single track, manual block, maximum speed 50 mph for passenger trains and 40 mph for freight trains, past the 53-car siding at Walton (MP 172.2), Lincoln (MP 168.8), Galveston (MP 165.0), the flat crossing with the Nickel Plate (Lake Erie & Western), 130-car eastward and 58-car westward sidings, and flat crossing with the Nickel Plate (Clover Leaf) at Kokomo (MP 159.5), where there is a 30 mph speed restriction over street crossings, and a spur on the west side to Continental Steel, turning southeast, past Center (MP 153.9), Hemlock (MP 152.4), Nevada, the 52-car siding at Windfall (MP 146.4), and the 114-car siding at Curtisville (MP 142.1).

There is a 51-car siding and junction with the Nickel Plate (lake Erie & Western) at Elwood (MP 137.8), where there is a 30 mph speed restriction within corporate limits, a 54-car siding at Frankton (MP 132.8), Florida, 77-car eastward and 67-car westward sidings, and a flat crossing with the north-south New York Central at Dow (MP 124.8), and  40 mph speed restriction on the curve leaving the crossing, where the line turns south-southeast, a 30 mph speed restriction from Dow to Gridley, Anderson (MP 123.3), the 57-car siding and flat crossing with the New York Central passenger line at Delco (MP 122.2), a 40 mph speed restriction on the curve east of MP 122, where the line turns east-southeast, along the south side of the NYC passenger line, and the flat crossing with the New York Central freight line at Gridley (MP 121.4).

Junctions were installed at Dow and Delco in the Penn Central era, permitting the abandonment of the PRR between Dow and Delco, and (perhaps not incidentally) connections to and from Indianapolis on the New York Central line.
