Phillipsburg to Port Reading Junction

From the junction with the Washington Secondary Track (former Lackawanna), on the north side, at CP-Phillipsburg (MP 76.3), the Lehigh Line turns south-southeast, single track, Rule 261, maximum speed 50 mph, past Alpha (MP 73.0), a turn south, with a 40 mph speed restriction, from MP 72.2 to MP 69.9, the junction with the Central Running Track, on the north side, at Conn (MP 71.0), where the erstwhile Jersey Central route once crossed on the flat, east past Warren Glen, just east of due south and then east-northeast, past a detector at "Bloomsbury" (MP 68.8) and Bloomsbury (MP 68.6), just north of due east and then sharply just east of due south, past the start of a 17,275 ft. north-side Controlled Siding (25 mph on the siding) at CP-West Portal (MP 66.2), a 40 mph speed restriction, from MP 66.0 to MP 63.6, through the Musconetcong Tunnel and just south of due east, past Bellewood (MP 64.0), and the end of the Controlled Siding at CP-Pattenburg (MP 62.3).

The line turns southeast, past Jutland (MP 60.8), and a detector at "Jutland" (MP 60.7), just north of due east, east-southeast, and south-southeast, past Landsdown (MP 57.7), where erstwhile branches once trailed in on the north and south sides, curvily south-southeast to Flemington Junction (MP 51.0), where an erstwhile branch once left to the south, east-southeast past the junction with the Black River & Western Railroad (a former Jersey Central line that once continued east)), trailing in from the south, at Three Bridges (MP 48.4), east-northeast, past a detector at Neshanic (MP 45.5), where that erstwhile Jersey Central line once crossed, east and then east-northeast, past a location where an erstwhile line north from the Marine Corps facility at Belle Mead once crossed, Read Valley (MP 42.0), a height detector at "Read Valley" (MP 39.8), the start of the Royce Running Track, on the north side, at Royce (MP 38.2), and the end of the Running Track and junction with the Trenton Line and end of Manville Yard, trailing in on the south side at CP-Port Reading Junction (MP 35.8).
