McCammon to Granger

At McCammon (MP 191.4-MP 189.7), where the speed limit is 50 mph, the Ogden subdivision diverges to the south (on the west side of the line to Granger), and a connector facing south on both lines joins them at the south end of the junction, where the line becomes single track, CTC, turning south and then sharply east, into a very curvy hilly area, east-northeast past a detector at MP 187.3, where the speed limit is 35 mph, south-southeast, east-southeast, east past Topaz (MP 185.9), where 2MT, CTC, resume, east-southeast, east, east-southeast past Lava Hot Springs (MP 180.5), where the speed limit is 45 mph, and then sharply north to crossovers at CP G179 (MP 178.7), northeast, north-northwest to Blaser (MP 177.0), where the line becomes single track, CTC, again, with speed limit 60 mph, north past Broxton and just east of north past a detector at MP 174.2, where the speed limit is 55 mph and the 7,339 ft. siding at Pebble (MP 171.0-MP 169.5).

The line turns east-southeast, past Kinport, southeast and then east-southeast again at the 17,492 ft. siding at Bancroft (MP 164.0, where the speed limit is 60 mph, to MP 160.5, where it is 70 mph), past the 7,424 ft. siding at Talmage (MP 157.5-MP 156.0) and a detector at MP 153.4 to the 7,300 ft. siding at Alexander (MP 152.0-MP 150.5), where it turns just north of east, and then east past CP G147 (MP 146.5), where the speed limit is 60 mph, to the 7,347 ft. siding at Soda Springs (MP 145.5-MP 144.0), where the speed limit is 45 mph, at the west end of which a line turns away on the north side and heads north and then east to Dry Valley, with the main line turning south, within the siding, east past Rose and a detector at MP 139.5, where the speed limit is 50 mph, south past the 7,358 ft. siding at Manson (MP 136.9-MP 135.4), where the speed limit is 60 mph, south-southeast past Cavanaugh, south-southwest past Novene, and southeast to the 10,057 ft. siding at Georgetown (MP 128.8-MP 126.7), where the speed limit is 50 mph, within which it turns south again.

After another turn curvily south-southeast, the line passes a detector at MP 121.8, turns south-southwest and then south-southeast again, past Pescadero (MP 120.4), where 2MT, CTC, resume, and the speed limit is 70 mph, crossovers at CP G117 (MP 116.9), crossovers at Montpelier (MP 114.8), where there is a yard and a line to Ovid and Paris once left to the west-southwest, Wardboro, and Dingle (MP 107.9), where the line reduces to single track, CTC, again, and turns east and then south again past the 7,389 ft. siding at Harer (MP 123.1, where the speed limit is 50 mph, to MP 101.6, where it is 70 mph) and a detector at MP 99.9, and then makes a counter-clockwise horseshoe turn to the north-northeast past Pegram (MP96.1), where the speed limit is 60 mph, northeast past the 7,339 ft. siding at Chausse (MP 95.3-MP 93.8), where the speed limit is 70 mph, southeast past the Idaho-Wyoming State Line and Border, and south-southeast past the 7,364 ft. siding at Marse (MP 89.6-MP 88.1).

The line now heads just east of due south past the 8,565 ft. siding at Cokeville (MP 84.0-MP 82.3) and a detector at MP 79.6, and then just west of due south past the 7,396 ft. siding at Pixley (MP 78.2-MP 76.6) and the 7,337 ft. siding at Beckwith (MP 72.4-MP 71.2), angling east of south again past Carlson, and south-southwest to the 11,761 ft. siding at Leefe (MP 66.5, where the speed limit is 55 mph, to MP 64.1, where it is 50 mph), where there is a wye and a short spur on the west side of the track and the line turns east-northeast, past Sage (MP 63.0), where the speed limit is 60 mph, and curvily east past a detector at MP 61.4 the 7,251 ft. siding at Orr (MP 60.1-MP 58.6), and the 7,316 ft. siding at Nugget (MP 54.1-MP 52.6), where the speed limit is 70 mph, jogging south and then east again, past a location where an older segment of the line once departed on the south side and the 7,331 ft. siding at Fossil (MP 48.7-MP 47.2), jogging south and then east again to a detector at MP 44.6, where the speed limit is 55 mph and the older segment of line rejoined, and east-southeast past Moyer Junction (MP 42.2), where a line coming north from several coal mines and oil company plants trails in and a 7,867 ft. siding starts.

At Kemmerer (MP 40.6-MP 39.1), where the speed limit is 35 mph, the line turns south, a line once trailed in from Quealy to the north, that siding ends, there are crossovers, and a 6,567 ft. siding, and the line passes East Kemmerer (Diamondville), turning east-northeast past the 7,371 ft. siding at Waterfall (MP 34.1-MP 32.5), where the speed limit is 50 mph and a detector at MP 32.5, jogging south-southeast and then curvily just north of east, past the 7,340 ft. siding at Opal (MP 25.6-MP 24.0), where the speed limit is 70 mph, and a line turning away to the Exxon Shute Creek Plant to the north, turning just south of east past a detector at MP 20.3 and then southeast past the 12,015 ft. siding at Nuttria (MP 17.6-MP 15.2), Hassett, the 7,354 ft. siding at Moxa (MP 9.2-MP 8.4), and a detector at MP 6.3, to the 8,046 ft. siding at Granger (MP 1.6, where the speed limit is still 70 mph, to MP 0.0, where it is 40 mph), at the east end of which the line turns northeast and trails into the Overland Route line coming from the west-southwest.
