Macon Junction to Mead (and C of G Junction)

From Macon Junction (MP 0.0/240.5), where a former CofG line goes east as well as the line going to Edgewood on the former C of G to the southwest, which passes the former site of Terminal Station, this double track, ABS, 20 mph line heads south-southeast, past crossovers at Macon (MP 240.5), a flat crossing with the former line southeast from Terminal Station, and a line trailing in from the main line southeast to permit access from that line to Brosnan Yard, and south past crossovers at the large Brosnan Yard (MP 242.2), which consolidated all yard operations in the Macon area, an interlocking with flat crossing and connectors? at Mead (MP 4.5/243.5), industrial tracks on both sides, and a turn south-southwest to C of G Junction (MP 5.6), where a wye on the west side gives access to a connector to the former C of G line, west of here.
