At Redpass (MP 43.7), the Robson subdivision trails in from the northwest and the Albreda subdivision turns from east-northeast to southeast, becoming two tracks at this point, continuing past east-facing signals at MP 43.5, a dirt road grade crossing, MP 43, crossovers at Moose Lake (MP 41.6), detector(s) at Albreda 41, Intermediate Signals at MP 39.x, a detector on the north track at MP 38.8?, a detector on the south track at MP 34.1?, a road on the north side, Moose Lake on the south side, Intermediate Signals at MP 34.x, a bridge over whitewater, MP 33, the end of two tracks at Grant Brook (MP 31.9), a through girder bridge over the river at MP 31.0, a detector at "Albreda 27", start of two tracks at Fitzwilliam (MP 25.2), Intermediate Signals at MP 22.9, with the line along the north side of the west-draining valley (the water drains into the Fraser River), a dirt track grade crossing, Yellowhead Lake to the south, Intermediate Signals at MP 19.7, speed limit 45-40, crossovers at Yellowhead (MP 17.6), summit of Yellowhead Pass, where the line turns east into Alberta, with extra track on the north side, descending into the Athabasca River valley (which has no glacial flour here, and but little  at MP 12), separated Intermediate Signals, flange lubricators, a dirt road grade crossing, Intermediate Signals at MP 13.9, speed limit 40-35, a park on the north side, detectors at MP 12.1 ("Albreda 12"), Intermediate Signals at MP 12.1, a through girder bridge at MP 10.6, Intermediate Signals at MP 10.3, speed limit 60-45, crossovers at Geikie (MP 8.5), a dirt track grade crossing, a through girder bridge over a stream at MP 7.82, a 260 ft. slide fence on the north side at MP 7.77, a bridge over a stream at MP 7.61, Intermediate Signals at MP 7.49, a 220 ft. slide fence on the north side at MP 7.32, a 315 ft. tunnel on the north track at MP 6.6, a 2,330 ft. slide fence on the north side at MP 6.43, speed limit 36-30, crossovers at Wynd (MP 2.5), a bridge over a path, a bridge over a road, west of "CN Home", the end of the passenger track on the north/west side at MP 0.54, the end of two tracks at Jasper West (MP 0.4), a grade crossing, where the line turns north, along the west side of the Athabasca River, and the station (depot and platform on the west side) and yard (on the east side) at Jasper (MP 0.0). Former Canadian National 2-8-2 6015 is stuffed-and-mounted on the west side of the depot.
